Processing & Handling Times

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

  • In a Rush? If you need your order delivered by a specific date for a project deadline or retreat, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order—we’ll always do our best to accommodate your timeframe!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total weight and destination. We always aim to select the most economical shipping carrier and service available.

  • Flat-Rate Packaging: When an order’s size or weight makes it more cost-effective, we utilize USPS Flat Rate Envelopes or Boxes to keep your shipping rates as low as possible.

  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Shipping on domestic orders over $75!

    • Note: The $75 threshold applies to the subtotal before applicable sales tax or shipping charges are calculated.

Preorder Policy & Process

1. How Preorders Work

  • Secured Allocations: We only accept preorders for items we have directly secured with the manufacturer. We strictly limit preorder spots—we never overbook or list preorder items for public sale until every preorder has been fulfilled.

  • Priority Shipping: Preorder customers always receive top priority. Your order will be processed and shipped before the item becomes available to the general public.

2. Payment Structure

  • Down Payment: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at checkout to reserve your preorder allocation.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance (75% plus applicable taxes and shipping) is charged once the inventory physically arrives at our shop and is prepped for shipment.

3. Order Fulfillment & Timeline

  1. Manufacturer Notice: As soon as we receive confirmation that the manufacturer has shipped the inventory to our shop, we will send you an email update to let you know your items are on the way to us.

  2. Arrival & Processing: Once the shipment arrives at our shop, we will automatically process your remaining balance using the payment method on file (or send a payment link for final balance completion).

  3. Dispatch: As soon as final payment is completed, your order is packed and shipped straight to you before remaining inventory is made live for retail sale.

4. Terms & Cancellation Guidelines

  • Manufacturer Delays: Release dates provided by manufacturers are estimated and subject to change. Delay notifications do not qualify a preorder for a full deposit refund.

  • Non-Payment/Abandoned Preorders: If the final balance cannot be processed within 5 business days of the item's arrival and outreach attempts go unanswered, the reservation will be forfeited, the 25% deposit retained, and the item made available for general sale.

  • Combined Orders: If you purchase in-stock items in the same transaction as a preorder item, your entire order will hold and ship together once the preorder arrives. To receive in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders.
