PREORDER POLICY
Preorders are a wonderful way to reserve your favorite fabric collections before they arrive—and we’re so excited to share them with you!
Here’s how it works:

Estimated Arrival: Each preorder item includes an estimated delivery month in the product description. These dates are based on manufacturer timelines and may shift slightly.

Shipping Timeline: Once the fabric arrives at our shop, we’ll process and ship your order within 3–5 business days.

Ordering In-Stock Items Too?
If you order in-stock items along with preorder items, your full order will ship once all items are available. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Payment:
Preorders are paid for at the time of purchase to reserve your items. This helps us secure the right amount of fabric just for you.
We’ll always do our best to keep you updated on any changes. Thank you for your patience and excitement—it means the world to our small business!
SHIPPING
Shipping is flat rate $7 in for domestic shipping within the United States. RETURNS
We want you to love what you create with. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.
Here’s the stitch:
- If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Pre-cuts, cut yardage, sale items, and custom kits are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How to start a return:
Submit a form on the Contact Us page with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Once we receive your return:
We’ll issue your store credit as a digital gift card you can use anytime—it never expires!

At Reverie Fabrics, we’re committed to offering you the best value on the fabrics you love. If you find the same product at a lower price from another shop, we’ll gladly match it!
Here’s how it works:

The product must be identical (same brand, design, cut/yardage, and condition).

The other shop must be a verified U.S.-based fabric retailer (no auctions, marketplaces like Etsy/eBay, or wholesale clubs).

The price match request must be made within 2 days of your purchase from Reverie Fabrics.

The lower price must be currently available and not part of a clearance, liquidation, or flash sale.

We do not match prices on custom bundles, out-of-stock items, or preorders.

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.Please note if you sign up for the Newsletter Email Marketing you can unsubscribe at any point.
